Our Vision & Mission
We believe that parents have ultimate responsibility for their children's education and are their primary instructors. Parents have an inherent right to partner with public and private education programs to provide the best possible education for their children in a safe, professional, family-friendly place.  Our mission is to build a partnership with families by providing opportunities to enrich each child’s learning experience.

Our Program
The HomeConnection program is an alternative learning experience authorized through the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 392-121-182. Students may be enrolled as full time public school students or as part-time home-based students.

The Crescent School District HomeConnection program is designed to provide families of K – 12 students the opportunity to combine the best aspects of home-schooled learning with the opportunities public schools offer.

Enrolled students and their parents meet with a certificated teacher (advisor) to develop a Written Student Learning Plan (WSLP). Advisors and parents meet on a pre-determined, regular basis to assist students in achieving a successful and rewarding educational experience.
